I am the one who uploaded it to ucsd.edu, but have no knowledge of how it
works. It was sent to TAPR by a Japanese ham.

An archie search on 'z80' reveals what looks like a plethora of cross
compilers etc, maybe one of these would be of help. A number appear to be
PC based. I'd also be interested to know what changes have been made, maybe
theres some note of it in a recent 'terakoya' (??) :-)
